What we make

Replacement parts for machines that are still earning their keep

Made from the part itself or an engineering drawing, in tough engineering plastic. One part is a fine order.

Discontinued parts

Nobody makes it anymore? We do.

When the OEM has stopped supporting a machine, the plastic parts are usually the first to crack and the last to be found. Send us the worn one and we make a new one to it.

Emergency replacements

Back running while the OEM part ships.

A stop-gap part that gets the line moving while the factory part is on order, or a replacement that simply stays in. Line-down jobs carry a rush fee; we tell you the date when we quote.

Jigs, fixtures and wear parts

Made to fit your line, for less than machined.

Holding fixtures, soft jaws, drill guides, end-of-arm tooling, guides and wear pads. Made to your drawing or to the part they have to hold.

Auto and restoration parts

Clips, trim, knobs and brackets for cars nobody makes parts for anymore.

Interior trim, vent bezels, clips, knobs and brackets for cars and trucks that are out of production. We match the original as closely as the material allows.

Drone and robot parts

Arms, mounts and housings, spares and one-off fixes.

Arms, landing gear, camera mounts, housings and brackets. Small runs of spares for a fleet, or a one-off fix for a design still in testing.

Guards, covers and housings

Cracked covers, sensor housings and cable guides, made to the original.

Belt and chain covers, sensor and junction housings, cable guides and splash shields. Made to the original, in a material that suits where it sits.

What we don't make

Some parts should only come from the OEM. We don't make:

  • Safety-critical fasteners or anything in a load path
  • Parts that lift a load or hold pressure
  • Parts that touch food
  • Medical parts or devices

We print parts only. We don't sell filament, printers or supplies.
