Quote terms

These terms apply to every quote and every part made by Sambo 3D.

Fit for purpose. The customer validates that the part is fit for its intended use. We make the part to the original part or to the drawing supplied; the customer confirms it is suitable for the application before putting it into service.
Liability. Our liability for any part is capped at the price paid for that part.
No consequential damages. We are not liable for downtime, lost production, lost profit or any other indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual property. The customer warrants that they have the right to have the part made and that doing so does not infringe anyone's intellectual property.
Parts we do not make. We do not make safety-critical parts, parts that lift a load or hold pressure, food-contact parts or medical parts, and a quote does not change that.
Price and timing. The price and the date are given in writing when we quote. Nothing is charged until the customer accepts the quote.
Your original. The original part is returned with the new one.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
