03 / Process

How it works

Four steps from the broken part on your desk to a new one in your hand.

01

Send the part or a drawing

Drop it off, ship it, or upload the engineering drawing. A photo first gets you a quote.

02

We measure and model

We measure your part with calipers and gauges, or work from your engineering drawing.

03

We print and test fit

In the right material, built strong where it takes load.

04

You get the part

We keep the model on file, so a reorder is simple.

How long does it take?

We tell you the date when we quote. Need it sooner? Ask about a rush fee.

What does it cost?

You get a firm price before we start, and nothing is charged until you say yes.

Will you keep my part and drawings private?

Yes. Your files stay with us and are never shared or posted. We are happy to sign your NDA.

Is there anything you won't make?

Yes. We don't make safety-critical parts, anything that lifts a load or holds pressure, parts that touch food, or medical parts. For those, go to the OEM.
