Capability statement
Replacement and reverse-engineered plastic parts, jigs, fixtures and tooling for public agencies.
Registration numbers below are filled in once registered.
Core capabilities
Replacement and reverse-engineered parts
Plastic parts that are broken, worn or no longer made. We measure the original part, or work from an engineering drawing, and make a new one in engineering plastic. No CAD file is needed from the agency.
Jigs, fixtures, tooling and wear parts
Holding fixtures, guides, end-of-arm tooling and wear parts for maintenance shops and production lines, made to a drawing or to the part they have to hold.
Reverse engineering as a service
Measuring and modelling an existing part so that it can be made again, as a paid service, with a written verification report against the original.
Differentiators
- Owner-operated. One person answers the phone and makes the part.
- Firm written price before work starts. One part is a fine order.
- Engineering plastics chosen for heat, chemicals and load, with heat limits stated in C and F.
- Customer parts and drawings stay private. NDAs signed on request.
What we don't make
- Safety-critical fasteners or anything in a load path
- Parts that lift a load or hold pressure
- Parts that touch food
- Medical parts or devices
