Materials / Data sheet

TPU, flexible TPU-95A-HF

Gaskets, grips and pads.

In plain words

Good for

Gaskets, grips and pads.

Not for

Rigid parts, or parts that must hold shape under heat.

Upright is weaker

A printed part is strongest along its layers (flat, X-Y) and weaker across them (upright, Z). The table shows both. We turn the part so the load runs along the layers.

The full data sheet

Every number on this page is copied from the filament maker's technical data sheet (V1.0). The PDF has the test methods and print settings.

Test conditions from the data sheet: Nozzle 230 °C, bed 35 °C, 140 mm/s, 100% infill; annealed and dried at 70 °C for 12 h before testing. These are lab numbers for test bars, not a working limit for your part. The real limit depends on the load, the time at temperature and the shape, which is why we ask about all three.
